Spill Containment Berm Construction
Due to the style of a steel frac tank, berms typically used for this type of containment include a drive through ability. This can be achieved by either driving the frac tank directly over the side wall (Foam Wall Spill Berms) or by lowering one side of the berm to allow the frac tank to enter (Aluminum Angle Spill Berms).
Each berm is constructed using a high resistance liner made from any of the following materials:
- XR-5, Elvaloy, or equivalent material
Built into each of these liners will be any number of berm walls, including aluminum angle, foam, or a combination of both.
