STANDARD YELLOW- Flammable Liquids: Standard yellow cabinets are perfect for the storage of any flammable liquid. Models are available in sizes that can store anywhere from 22 to 120 gallons and are built to meet Class I and II for 60 gallons and Class III for 120 gallons.
RED- Paints & Inks: Red Safety Cabinets are the perfect choice for safe storage of paints and inks. These safety storage cabinets feature a red designation to indicate the storage of these materials and are built to meet OSHA, UFC 79 and NFPA code 30 requirements.
BLUE- Acids & Corrosives: When chemicals, acids, and other corrosives need to be stored, the blue chemical storage cabinet is the perfect choice. Built for a multitude of different corrosive chemicals, thesecabinets feature 3 model options and a multitude of accessories including shelving, poly tray liners and additional accessory options. Lockable flush mount handles are standard.
GREEN-Pesticides In order to meet OSHA guidelines for pesticide and chemical storage, green flammable cabinets are the recommended choice. Equipped to store small or large amounts (6 to 60 gallons) these cabinets are available with manual, self-close or bi-fold doors depending on your specific needs and requirements.
FAQ: Do the cabinets differ other than in color?
As general rule, the answer is no. Most flammable cabinets are designed with the same standard components and differ only in terms of color. Similar to a sticker or cabinet marker, color options act as a quick alert to the type of materials being stored in the unit.

Safety Cabinet Door Options
Most standard flammable safety cabinets are additionally built with various door options. As a standard rule, cabinets are designed with either manual or self-close doors.
- Manual Close Doors: Manual Close Doors are designed to allow the customer to close and open the doors as needed.
- Self Close Doors: Self Close Doors will also allow for manual closing, but will additionally offer a feature that allows the door to close on it's own under extreme conditions. During a fire, if the cabinet reaches 165° F it will automatically index, shut and latch it's doors as the fusible link starts to melt.
Each flammable storage cabinet is FM approved and built to meet according to flammable liquid storage codes and requirements. Cabinets are typically built to meet OSHA, NFPA code 30 and UFC 79 standards.
