The 4-Chute Sandbagger is a fast and efficient machine for filling sandbags, with the capacity to fill 4 sandbags simultaneously. Made in the USA, this sandbag equipment has a reasonable weight, is self-contained, and can be transported easily with a forklift or a small trailer.
This gravity-fed model will fill 700-900 bags per hour, depending on the sandbag filler material and personnel involved.
You'll need five people to operate it: one person at each of the four chutes filling sandbags and another to keep the hopper full and agitate the filler material when necessary. A ladder and safety shield are included with the sandbag filling equipment for easy hopper access and safety compliance.

Sandbagger Operating Instructions
Instructions for using the sandbag filling equipment are simple and straightforward.
While holding an empty sandbag to one of the four funnel openings, the operator steps on a foot pedal to activate the stream of sand into the bag until the sandbag is filled. Then he steps off the foot pedal to stop the discharge. Now the operator can secure the sandbag as necessary before stacking it and moving on to the next. The person manning the hopper ensures it stays stocked and sand flows easily through the chutes.
