Animal Waste Incinerators
Helios 0.5 Solid Waste Incinerator
The Helios 0.5 Solid Waste Incinerator (formerly known as Vulcan 0.5) is a multi-purpose unit designed to help effectively dispose of solid waste streams. Used for municipal waste, solid waste, and even animal waste, these units help effectively destroy your materials through a controlled combustion process.
Solid waste is first located into the primary chamber where materials will be incinerated for the first time. Primary Chambers typically feature a 95% carbon combustion. From here, waste will moved into a secondary chamber where it is incinerated for a second time to destroy additional potential contaminates. The combined system provides a product that can safely and effectively destroy waste.
Animal Waste 0.5 System Specifications
|System Capacity*:||0.5 Me-too/hr. waste combustion, providing 55-85 lb./hr. processing capacity for waste streams with an average gross HHV range of 5500-8500 But/lb.

|Batch Capacity:||Approve. 19-20 cu. fl. per 4-6 hr. batch cycle.|
|Intermittent Feed:||(w/optional loader): 8 ft3/hr., up to 8 has/day|
|Electrical Requirements:||Single point - 230V, 3 dial, 60 Hz, 50 amp w/optional loader|
*System Capacity Notes: The system capacity listed for each incinerator will typically include both a Me-too/hr. and a lb./hr. rating. The pounds per hour is listed in a range. Actual ratings will vary depending on the type of waste being incinerated.
All solid wastes are classified and rated with a typical BTU Value. Knowing your waste type and intended quantity will help our team determine which end of the range the incinerator will be able work towards.
