Sugar Refinery Needs 500,000 Gallon Bags

We are a sugar refinery and may need a 24 of your 500,000 gallon bags, what do they cost? I think it would be a Frac tank.

I would be happy to help with this. Currently we are only going as large as 250k' gallons frac tanks.

What are the dimensions of a 250K when it is full?

Approximately filled dimensions: 81 feet x 81 feet x 5 feet.

The density of the liquid is around 77-80 lb/cubic foot. Is that going to be a problem on the fabric?

I would have to have this reviewed with the Granite Environmental technical team. Do you have an MSDS (material safety data sheet)?

It is just a 65% solution of sucrose and water, maybe up to 70% solids.

I understand. They still need to review the MSDS (material safety data sheet) so that they can approve a suitable material and supply a warranty with the tank.

What fittings are on the tank? 2 inch or something like that?

You can have any type fittings you require.

And what about the price, we are in North Dakota and we may need about 40-50 of these.

I will have to have the technical team to review the MSDS to provide a suitable fabric and then I can provide pricing based on the type of fabric we need to use. I will need to have the MSDS sent to me.
