1 Year Limited Warranty for Portable Tanks
In order for this limited portable tanks warranty to apply, purchaser must advise Granite Environmental, Inc. (GEI) of the liquid to be contained in the portable tank by supplying a material safety data sheet (MSDS) for the stored material.The purchaser must provide technical data and specifications for vendor and technical department review. Only liquids specified by purchaser and formally approved by GEI’s vendor shall be deemed "Approved Liquids”. Use of any other liquids in the portable tank will void this limited warranty.
GEI’s vendor certifies that all materials used in the construction of its portable tanks meet the minimum specified requirements for the containment of approved liquids.
The portable tank is warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one year ("warranty period") from date of delivery. GEI’s vendor or its authorized agents will repair, replace or adjust defective materials and/or workmanship at its facility located.
Purchaser at its cost must transport or ship tank to vendor facility for repairs covered by this limited warranty. To be covered by this limited warranty, defects must occur under normal use of the portable tank with approved liquids during the warranty period. Written notification must be made to GEI within 10 days defect is discovered. Notification must include circumstances of defect, product shipping information, invoice number, serial number, portable tank number, date of purchase, digital pictures for quick evaluation, and any other pertinent information.
Neither GEI, its vendor or authorized dealer is responsible for any time you lose, for any inconvenience you might be caused or for any other incidental or consequential damages you may have.
GEI, its vendor or authorized dealer neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this limited warranty.
