Pit Liners for Crude Oil Containment
Do you have Pit Liners for the Storage and Containment of Crude Oil?
Question regarding pit liners for crude oil containment. Do you fabricate pit liners for crude oil containment purpose? We looking for 3-4 units and would like to know the specifications and cost for 30m x 1 - 1.5mm x 20m liners.
Greetings! Thank you for your inquiry. We do carry impermeable membranes, also known as geomembrane liners. Our liners are available in various styles.
Some common fabrics we carry are Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Polypropylene (PP).
These are available on various roll sizes and can be be pre-fabricated and assembled, where appropriate, to suit your project. We do have a listing of international certified installers, who we could direct you to when considering your next field installation.
Depending on your application, these liners can be used to temporarily contain or control crude oil and other fracking liquids on oilfields and other drilling sites. Items like the Pit Liners have also been used for lining underneath frac tanks or linings for pits used for temporary water storage.
We also have a wide range specialty fabrics, like activated carbon, or capping/clay filled fabrics and also bituminous geomembrane, which is actually a layered product of glass and bitumen-impregnated non-woven geotextile. Our number one goal is ensuring you have the best product for your specific application and can have custom systems fabricated to ensure your complete satisfaction.
To help choose the best pit liners for crude oil containment, we often require an MSDS to ensure that materials or fabrics used on your liner are completely compatible with the liquid you are intending to store.
