oil booms, oil boom Sebastian, FL, May 13, 2010 – Granite Environmental, Inc. , located on the East Coast of Florida, offers an available 19 inch oil boom for spill responders, beginning May 29th, 2010.

The oil containment boom for protected water and fast current is manufactured with a height of 19 inch, freeboard of 7 inch, draft of 12 inch, top tension cable of 5/16 inch (galv.), ballast chain of ¼” or 5/16” inch (galv.) and equipped with closed cell flotation logs and a mini alum ASTM connector. The barrier is made of 22 oz, reinforced coated PVC.
