Oil Booms Used To Protect Boats That Can't Be Lifted

I am checking prices on oil booms used to protect boats that cant be lifted. Not sure how much I may need. Can you give prices for 10' or 20 foot sections. It will be used around docking areas so maybe 12 inch depth or more. Also do you have cleaning supplies to get crude oil off boats?
