Need to install some rip rap along a shoreline with moderate wave action

A homeowner needed to install some rip rap along a shoreline with moderate wave action. He was looking for sheets of silt screens to place them under the rip rap on top of dirt.

Our Granite Environmental tech team suggested geomembrane liners and geosynthetics. These are impermeable membranes that also can be used as pond liners or to contain hazardous or municipal wastes and their leachates.
