Is Your Oil Boom Air Inflated Or Solid?

I was wondering if your oil boom is air inflated? We will be carrying out thruster change-out off the coast of Galverston and are looking to have one ready to deploy in the event we loose oil. So the oil boom shouldn't be too bulky. I am the HSE coordinator for an offshore drilling company.
