Designing A Turbidity Curtain For A Seawall That Has To Be Cleaned

I need a turbidity curtain for a project. The project is to clean most of the seawall.

It is a seawall that has to be cleaned through power washing, and I am designing the turbidity curtain.

However, I don't know too much about practicality and cost. I have to place a turbidity curtain over a length of 3260 linear feet.

Is is practical to have a length of such?
