The A 165 Model is an incinerator system for pathological waste and has been designed with a hot hearth, multi-chambered, controlled air spec for efficiency when used with a pathological crematory system. The technical specifications for this type of incinerator would include the following:
System Capacity: 65 lb/hr. (for type IV pathological remains)
- Fuel Requirements: 1.5 MMBtu/hr @ 16" w.c. @ 1.5" header (NGL/LPG)
- Primary Burner Capacity: 500,000 Btu/hr
- Secondary Burner Capacity: 1,500,000 Btu/hr
- Steel Construction
- Refractory and Insulation
- Hydraulic Door Power Units
- Draft Control (for temperature reduction to < 950° F)
- System Controls
- Combustion Air Fan (1350 scfm)
