Our Granite Environmental coir weed mat is manufactured as a needle-punched mattress coir pad with natural latex. Its natural fibers have made it a great choice for controlling weeds in your areas.
Once a tree sapling or other vegetation has been planted in the coconut fiber weed mat, the mat will biodegrade and provide mulch. The coir fiber functions here as a soil amendment for providing you with lasting weed control and vegetative growth support.
