The larger recovery units are designed for waves and current conditions and are typically deployed from a vessel or pier in a harbor. These oil recovery units are also available with the popular multi-recovery head system; brush, disc and drum.
Industrial Rope Mop Oil Skimmers
The Rope mop skimmer is perfect for use across cooling ponds, settling basin and sludge waste water lagoons. The rope mop skimmer performs well in challenging environments where floatable debris or broken ice are present. These units attract the oil and then squeeze the oil as the rope mechanism passes through collecting in a sump.
